I've been a member of this group for a year. I've learned a lot of a wide variety of real estate investing strategies; attended coaching calls (offered a few times each week with specific agendas each day) to get specific help on deals; talk through marketing methods, learned negotiation skills and a whole lot more. Daily group postings in the Facebook group are great for keeping me motivated and on-track. I'm very excited to realize the progress I've made during this time, and friendships as well as partnerships that have arisen out of working with other members of the group.
