Richie, Saif, and Christina were all a pleasure to work with. They were attentive, punctual, professional, and diligent. This will be my first and last home that I will ever build, but if I were to do it again, I would definitely go with this team so it gets done correctly. I ended up with a 2.75%, 30 year fixed rate which is a phenomenal rate, especially for a construction loan. I will be recommending them to anyone that is going to be building in my area.
