Wow...what an amazing experience. Ken and his team at Roof.net just absolutely blew me away. If there was a way to give 10 stars on all aspects of this project I would....really a perfect 10 performance....from pre-sales, performing the roof replacement to quality assurance and post project followup...Ken and his team just didn't meet the obligations but went so much further. Ken has assembled a quality team of roofing "artisans"....I had a roof of nearly 30 years and have been dreading this roof replacement for far too long, I am soo happy to have chosen Ken and his team, they really went so far beyond what was required in the contract. In the end, I had to have 15 sheets of wood replaced and despite all this work, they finished in just 4 hours....which is shocking to me but clearly a testament to how well his artisans work exceptionally well together....and even more shocking, they repaired a broken gutter, replaced additional rotted trim/wood and also fixed an area on my soffit where a raccoon had broken into the attic, repaired/repainted my furnace flue(looks like new now) and painted all the vents...at no cost...they just did it....and they still finished by noon! I feel soo foolish for dreading this project and I am fortunate to have chosen Ken and his team for this job. I replaced a roof on my Florida house last year and hired a "platinum" partner of Owens Corning wanting "white-glove"/quality service as I am an absentee landlord....If they were platinum, Ken and his team are literally Angels....so don't waste time worrying about a roofing project and put it in the exceptionally capable hands of Ken and his team....10 STARS!!!!!
