My son and I have learned so much since we started training at WMAI including practicing patience, developing leadership skills, and building confidence. But we really enjoy the quality father-son time together as we spar, practice forms and learn self-defense. I wish i had this experience when I was 11-years old, but there's nothing like breaking boards at 45!
