Everything was great except the timelines. They need to change the logistics of the process. You call, wait for tech to come take pictures, then order parts, wait for parts to arrive at your house, which sit there until the next time the tech comes to fix it. Then, it is your responsibility to get rid of the giant parts left. Also what they fixed is starting to break again, which is not covered once it's fixed, so we're S.O.L. Timeliness and disposal were my main points.
