Very delayed response on issue. Nothing was done until a certified letter with a lot of documents was sent-- then and only then did I speak with someone. Working with the public should be "Customer Service" #1----someone should be monitoring phone calls and at least RESPOND----unless people monitor account online-there is NO WAY to know there "might" be a problem--my issue was resolved (kind of) but not without ME doing all the leg work.
