The only bad thing I have to say, was that even though the paperwork stated the construction fees (which I did over look), they could put more emphasis on added fees and costs on the VA construction loan to give me a better understanding of my budget. Other than that Richie Duncan and his team were excellent. They were fast, efficient, and I felt like they worked their butts off to get us to closing. Would definitely recommend!
