I was referred to this clinic by my doctor who had several of his patients highly satisfied and recommending them . When I came for my hearing test, what I discovered right away is that this clinic has the most caring and qualified professionals who are wholeheartedly committed to their work . The entire team of Dr. Carrie Scarff, Ryan, Eleese and Rebecca are extremely patient , kind and helpful throughout the process and spend the extra time to ensure that I receive clear answers to all my questions and make adjustments to my hearing aids as we progress . I had difficulty adjusting to my hearing aids and Dr Scarff was able to work with the manufacturer to upgrade to newer ones with better technology . This has made a huge difference to me. The entire experience has been pleasant and I have never felt abandoned . I will probably need to make some more adjustments down the line, but I am in good hands.
