Both Brian and Madalyn Lutsch have been most helpful in explaining how the 525 LTC Plan works and in answering all our questions. We especially appreciated the fact that much of our premium is refundable to our estate if it is never needed. We also appreciated their letting us know that at our age (early 70's), we are better off paying annual premiums rather than a lump-sum payment up front because once one of us goes on claim, the premiums stop. We feel this policy is ideal for our needs and have felt very fortunate to have Brian and Madalyn as our advisors. They have communicated very well with us and never kept us waiting long. Needless to say, we are happy policy holders today!
