I’ve used the apple cider vinegar gummies, Recovery PM, and the Men’s Absolute multivitamin for about 8 months and the results have been fantastic. Recovery PM works exactly as advertised. I used to wake up before my alarm but now sleep through the night. I don’t take it every day but when I do I always sleep well. I am a teacher and always get sick in the first month of school. This is the first year in 17 years that I have been healthy the whole way through. I also struggled with severe acid reflux but no longer need my medication. With a daily dose of the gummies and the multivitamin I have been healthy and feeling good.
