If I could give Susan a rating of 10, I would. She went above and beyond to help us in every way she could. She understood our sense of urgency and worked us into her already busy schedule, educated us on what we needed to know and the best way to handle our situation, and patiently answered the million questions we had about detection and successful treatment of our bedbug problem, and was honest about what she could and could not guarantee. She also had great recommendations for the other services we needed, and followed through with everything she promised to do, when she promised to do it. Even her dog was amazing! I would absolutely use her again and recommend her without hesitation!
