ProSource gave me not one, but THREE quotes with a particular tile at 2.99/sf. More than two weeks later they called to say they had “misquoted” the price and it was going to cost over $12/sf. Such a business practice is unacceptable and amounts to poor business ethics. I am highly disappointed but plan on a) posting on social media about eh negative experience, 2) letting my commercial and residential real estate brother know to not use them any more, and 3) NEVER working with ProSource again.
