When the product is ordered for a residence and delivery will occur in a residential neighborhood, the Federal Express semi mode of delivery needs to be modified. In a residential neighborhood, you are very unlikely to find a forklift or the appropriate machinery by which to remove pallets of product. In my personal experience, my contractor jumped into the semi and rigged up his own MANUAL unload process. If the driver was on a short time frame, this never would have worked out. If arrangements for the Federal Express semi delivery could be coordinated with a local lumber yard (note: the lumber yard would also learn of your product!) that does have the appropriate machinery to unload, it would be beneficial. We could then have figured out a way to get it from the lumber yard to our residence. Aside from delivery, we are absolutely thrilled with the product!
