I had a serious problem in the middle of the night and called Shasta the next morning. The Technician Daniel Lammay arrived and immediately identified the problem. Dan went out of his way to ensure that no other problems would occur, replacing and repairing items that were not operating correctly. Dan was professional and one of the best pool technicians I have seen. Thank you for employees like Dan. He was amazing and I recommend him and Shasta Pools for all pool needs and especially a Shasta pool.
