I LOVE my Panasonic MA73! It took a little getting used to at first, as the massage is stronger than other chairs I have tried, but now that I have been using it regularly I look forward to the detailed massage at the end of every work day! Panasonic is such a well known and valued brand, so I was fully confident that this would be a worthwhile investment in my overall health. It is even better for my back than my hot-tub! Forget "Calgon Take Me Away" (old throwback reference), I just sit in my new Panasonic Massage Chair and I am transported to a relaxed state of mind, and experience a wonderful full body massage! My only issue was that I had to wait 2 weeks for delivery. Not the end of the world, but when you make such an exciting purchase you want the experience to begin immediately!
