My experience with this company was great, we made an appointment, they explained everything, they told us what documents they needed from us, they explained different options, we could take and what the interest rate would be and how much our monthly payments would be. We told them what we wanted to do, they set the closing date, we met, and everything was done in about an hour and a half.
