Burn gives me the best work out I’ve ever had. The trainers are encouraging and support you throughout the whole class. Other members are friendly and inviting. The workouts are fast pace and intense. Unlike any other workout I have done, I never wanted to look at the clock and see how much longer I had. When the class was over I couldn’t believe how fast time flew by! I recommend Burn Kickboxing to anyone who is ready for a change and wants to see real results!
