Burn kickboxing is so clean and a great environment to be in. You always walk in the door with warm welcomes and know that it is a judgment-free zone. The workouts are intense and unlike any other class I've taken. No one class is the same and you feel amazing when you leave. I'd recommend burn to anyone looking for a lifestyle change!
