I called Chris and despite a busy schedule he was able to have someone see me the next day. Denny was prompt, did a great job explaining what he was doing, and had a great attitude. He spent a lot of time meticulously cleaning out the furnaces and was happy to answer the questions I asked. Thanks to his thoroughness we didn't have to buy a new thermostat.
