These guys are great. Knowledgeable, a great team, communications are great, and the process is quite smooth. We had a need for Roof replacement as part of a requirement for a home sale. Bill Hohman came out and worked with our adjuster and although it could have been adversarial, it wasn't at all and everyone (including me) was happy with the final arrangement. Bill was very professional and contributed his knowledge as appropriate. Due to weather and the fact that our roof had an insane pitch it took about a week to complete the roof but the final result was excellent, clean, precise, and looked great. Their cleanup efforts were above and beyond as well. It was clear the roofers took pride in their job and doing it well. They were even singing sometimes (despite the rain) which is crazy because this work is hard and it's amazing how good they are at it. That is what most impressed me. Some observations. Endeavor has a lot of technology in their toolkit They use it well, it is impressive, and very helpful for the perspective of communications and seeing what the final product will look like. Not to mention, it likely helps with material ordering and eliminating waste which I can really appreciate. However, they can overuse it as well, depending on it when a simple phone call would suffice (the need for documentation notwithstanding). The process did seem to drag on and on but this completely could have been a byproduct of the home sale process I was mired in and the issue with missing about 3 days due to weather so don't let that deter you. Sometimes you see roofs go on in a day but we had some extenuating circumstances so that could have been it. Just be aware that there is more to the process than the installation of the shingles. Overall our experience with Endeavor was excellent. They were not one of these run and gun roofers that cut corners. They are fair and thorough. Their pricing is not the cheapest but not the most expensive either and my suspicion is that you get what you pay for in this industry. They know their craft end to end and that's what you want. So, don't go for for the cheapest. It's your roof! Go with who will help you through the process the whole way, answer your questions (regardless of whether they are paranoid or silly) with professionalism, and give you a fair price on a high-quality product and its installation.
