Great experience with the salesman and the crew who installed our windows, however after being told they qualified for energy tax rebates (which they didn't this year), and that our heating bill should go down (if anything it went up a bit the last couple months) we've been a bit disappointed. They do look nice, but we were really hoping for better energy efficiency and a tax credit from the Feds.
