This is difficult for me because I’m over the moon satisfied with how the mulch was applied, trees and shrubs were replanted and new shrubs were installed. The level of attention was top notch! Where I am not satisfied is with our weekly maintenance. Every week there’s a different excuse why the crew can’t or won’t do something (or multiple things) they’re supposed to address when they come by. The turf area is always mowed, but I have to go out and specifically ask for edging of the planter beds, the beds are rarely addressed when it comes to weed control, more often than not they do not weedeat around the fence and they’re supposed to mow behind the fence as well (every other week) and it has only been done twice in nearly 2 months and its left long even when they do mow it. We were told the crew would weedeat behind the fence if they didn’t have the equipment to mow it or if it was too unsafe since that area is at a slope but the crew has never offered to do that, we usually just get “we’ll do it next week”. The crew is super nice, but I’m not getting what I’m paying for and becoming exhausted with having to stand outside to see what they are or aren’t going to do. I’ve called to ask that our account be noted to ensure the crew addresses everything in our plan every week but that hasn’t seemed to change anything.
