Mine took about 8 days to get to my house and 7 of them were processing days and it only took one real day of shipping. The fish arrived alive, well, and surprisingly very colorful. The fish were packed excellent in a styrofoam box with a heating pad. I followed their step by step acclimating process and once they were in it took less than a day for them to start eating and being social!
