I tired this store because it had good reviews. I was looking for new fish during COVID because my Local store does not have new shipments coming in. My package of new fish arrived a day late and 4 of 12 fish were dead when they got here. And a few others were in a very rough condition. When looking to get a refund on the fish the only offer credit to the store for the FISH ONLY. They will not cover the expensive next day air shipping. You would think they would replace the fish and send you new. I was sadly mistaken. I would look into other stores that stand behind their products and shipping.
