He did a fantastic job answering my questions and brought value to the services he provided while steam cleaning my carpets. Also, prior to him coming out I was able to request an appointment online. Then I got a friendly call from Amber setting up the services and the day before she called again as a reminder and to make sure I didn’t need to reschedule. That is much appreciated when you’re a working mom! Have used them in the past and will again.
