I just received my embosser & the extra plate I ordered…FANTASTIC JOB!!! They look sooo good, I am thrilled with the results!!! The fonts & tiny lines conveyed PERFECTLY!!! There were a few other sites offering embossers for less money, (and a few for a lot more too) but they could not guarantee what I needed at a heavy duty level, which was a fine art rendering of sorts. With this Fred company, I got to speak immediately to a human (Karla) who was obviously very knowledgeable and experienced with what I was trying to do. She recommended some tweaks and I am very happy with the results. They arrived pretty quickly too! Thanks so much for your help Karla!!! -Angela
