I had multiple positive experiences with this EZ Storage location. The one that rises to the top is that I didn't realize in the beginning that you can use the EZ Storage hauling truck FOR FREE (first come first serve - but hey, it's free!). So for the first few things I needed to do, I foolishly rented a truck from U-Haul... and when my U-Haul truck died (which I've since learned they are prone to doing), the property managers at EZ Storage not only figured out a way to squeeze me into their truck schedule, they also dealt with the U-Haul truck reclamation crew so that I could get on with my business. That's just one example - they were consistently pleasant and 'on the job.'
