I had a full "heart of the home", Kitchen, dining room, living room remodel. We moved walls, took walls out and completely changed the entire feeling of the space. My 1975 home now looks like it should be in a magazine. Becky, the designer with Black Rhino, completely captured my wants and personality creating a very unique "Me" space. She was so very helpful with suggestion, however did not push or take control allowing the home to be my taste and wants not hers. She softly lead me into creating exactly what I had envisioned only better. Jordan's creativity turned problem areas into show stoppers. I was able to throw out ideas and somehow they always made it happen with above expectation results. I received constant communication with all of Black Rhino's staff and the way Austin has structured his business with weekly payments made it so convenient. I knew exactly where my money was going. We were a week over schedule but with me adding an exterior wall removal with French doors and several other additions I rightfully should have been a month over due. I will never allow any other contractor to touch my home. I highly recommend the team at Black Rhino and assure you that you will be handled with professionalism and respect.
