I purchased a Rolex watch in the spring of 2015 over the net (Ebay) from Becker Time. I have waited "SEVERAL" years before actually buying a Rolex watch. It seemed there was always something that I needed worse than a Rolex watch. However, I have to say that not only the transaction was "SMOOTH and EASY" but the reception and service provided me by BeckerTime astonished me! I had a small problem with my new watch which required me to return it to Becker Time shortly after I received my watch. I have to admit I was wondering at the time if I had bought a "Lemon". I had called prior to sending my watch and talked to "Jennifer". She READILY assured me that the problem would receive immediate attention. Jennifer, further assured me that customer satisfaction was of UTMOST importance to Becker Time and associates. This DID ease my mind immediately! The Service and promises I received from Jennifer came to fruition IMMEDIATELY in a matter of a few days!! Let the folks at Becker Time be assured they won my confidence and admiration! My experience with this purchase has been one of the BEST anyone could ask for. I deeply appreciate all their concern and GREAT Attention. I spoke with Jennifer, today, 8/28/15, when I told her how happy and thankful/appreciative I am to have dealt with such a Reputable and Honest Dealer of FINE Watches. I admire my Rolex EVERY day!!!
