Unfortunately, the product was damaged . It appears that it happened at the store when they open the box to separate for shipping to us. There was a 1/2 inch slice in the leather , on the seat. The technician did not see it and put the new cover on the chair. That being said, he did a very nice job and noticed another area of damage, which was great. The store actually sent out someone again to repair that damage and it looks great. Thanks.
