I had a very high quality experience. I was treated well, the AC unit we purchased is performing very well. The installation was timely, the installers were aware of being careful and clean while in our house. The folks at Comfort by Nature answered all of our questions, and did some follow up as well. I recommended them to our neighbor who also purchased a unit from them.
