We bought a long term care policy. Value is a little hard to judge until we actually need the product. As a couple we each had different level of knowledge and concerns. Brian took as long as we needed to understand the industry environment, the options available and how the product works. I sat back while my wife quizzed him for over an hour and he was very patient and and engaging. Listening to Brian on weekend talk radio several weeks in a row helped me and I also attended one of his informational presentations. This is a complex product and it is important to understand what you are buying. We were able to get one policy that covered us both and will, if things don’t change with the company, be user-friendly to implement if needed. One thing is certain these services today are fabulously expensive and we feel lucky to have been able to obtain a policy that will help us and our family should nursing care be necessary.
