K9 detectives were fantastic! We found out we had bed bugs after a recent trip and I freaked out. We have a 17 month old and 3 week old child in our home, and dealing with bed bugs was so overwhelming to me. I called Susan and she answered all my questions - you could tell that she really wanted to help, even if we didn't hire her. We hired her and her team to do the job and I am so glad that we did. Susan knew how eager I was to get this done - when she had a cancellation she was able to plug me in for a sooner than planned heat treatment. The guys that came out to do the heat job were so kind, professional and emphatic. Susan followed up with me a few days after the heat treatment to see how things were. After the heat treatment our baby video monitors no longer worked (hard to know how things will react in the high heat). Susan offered to help us with part of the cost to replace our monitors. Certainly not expected but greatly appreciated. Because I am so neurotic about bugs we had Susan and her dog magic come back out to double check after a few weeks to confirm the bugs were gone. And of course they were. God forbid we ever have a bed bug problem again, but if we do K9 detectives will be who we call.
