I ordered a belt & it was too big. I wasn’t paying attention and hit the wrong size. I called Klik and a for real human being answered the phone. I explained my mistake & hoped for the best. The gentleman pulled the correct size, packaged it, printed a label while we chatted. He asked me to return mine and he’d send the new one after we hung up. 2 days later the new belt arrived. Originally I wanted it for carrying a pistol but after a few times it became my everyday belt because of it’s versatility.
