Van Nuys Awning has an excellent sales force. They kept their word In all aspects of the transaction and the installation was accurate. They completely cleaned the installation environment and the workers were professional and pleasant. At the end of the installation we were explained the maintenance process for the patio cover. Two years later a wind storm broke our overhang while were out of the country. I immediately called VanNuys Awning and they repaired the awning overhang while we were out of town. Their are honest and reliable.
