I love burn.. fantastic workout. Dont let anything hold you back.. no excuses.. I have had several shoulder surgeries.. I am left with my right shoulder.. having frozen shoulder.. I went in , addressed my concerns . No problem , all instructors help and show you modifications for you personally when needed.. you will never feel left out.. communication with your instructors is key. Great friendly atmosphere .. Amazing instructors..
