I can't explain it. For the last several years leading up to 51 years of age my ability to perform push-ups declined to the point my wrist pain and lack of strength I was lucky to perform 15 push-ups without wanting to give up at 10 or 11 due to fatigue and discomfort. And I was doing lots of daily fitness and have always been physical. All this to say at 51, 1 week after using your product daily I can crack off 30 to 35 push ups with no issue. I'm going to try it right now and see if I still got it - 35, didn't slow down until the last 3. I haven't changed anything else that I can contribute to this new experience and capability.
