Tried this company thinking it's a great concept and I've worked with HelloFresh, Freshly and BlueApron in the past. My KetonedBodies order never shipped. I contacted the company and they apologized but it didn't ship again. Tried a third time and they said they would ship one for free since not shipping 3 times is unacceptable. That never happened either. I finally worked with PayPal for a refund. Great concept. Extremely poor execution.
