Overall, my feedback is overwhelmingly positive. I thought the attention in the store during the selection and measurement process was great. Art and team were friendly, engaging, social, and professional. The process was fun. I thought he did a nice job of probing for style while offering guidance. I am quite happy with how things turned out in terms of our choices. And I thought Art did a nice job of helping us get there on our own without allowing us to make mistakes. He offered opinions rather than just letting us do it all unguided, and I thought he tapped into my desire to try things that were a bit more bold than the normal stuff I could have gotten at a department store. The clothes themelves are fantastic. The fit on the pants is spot on. The coat looks amazing. The shirts are wonderful. They might be a smidge tight in the elbows, but that was when I wore one with jeans and rolled up the cuffs. Even then, it isn’t something I would even think to complain about. The fabric feels awesome when worn, and I am through two rotations on a few of the shirts already. The pants have been comfortable. I wore a few outfits at our sales kickoff, and I got unsolicited compliments on everything. The signature-like monogram is a real wow, btw. People have loved that (and I have felt quite proud in sharing it). The touches on the clothes (angled cuffs, the liner to keep the shirt from coming untucked, etc) have been great. These weren’t things I knew I needed. I can’t imagine having clothes without them. The visit to our house to try on the clothes was an amzing touch. I know this is partly because of the Palm Springs visit, but this really took the experience over the top. We had gotten clothes from two tailors. With Art, we made one trip, then the at-home trial and the clothes mailed. With the other, we had to make 3 trips to LA. This is actually a big deal because we have kids. My point here is that service really matters, and we appreciated the extra effort here. It was meaningful. Would I change anything? Nothing major. I might have gone bolder in the coat choice, but that’s just a comfort thing now that I have seen it. The coat is amazing, so that’s not a criticism. It was a fun experience. The clothes came out masterfully. The outfits are wearable and showy. -Mike
