I can’t say enough great things about Ken from Roof.net. Like many, I knew nothing about roofs. My friends recommended that I get several estimates but even with an estimate, I wasn’t sure what would be considered a good deal. So to start I did like I do with restaurants, I went to yelp and looked for whichever company had the best reviews and stars lol. When I spoke with Ken, I immediately recognized his expertise. Unfortunately, his company doesn’t provide services in Washington, DC but that didn’t stop him from being a blessing in disguise and wanting nothing in return for it! He was able to guide me though the process, gave me pointers on materials to use and ultimately what company to go with. On top of all that, taking the pandemic in to consideration, this man got up out of his bed on the day of installation just to stop by to ensure that everything was as it should be. Honestly, you don’t meet sincere and genuine people everyday he didn’t even know who I was but was willing to go above and beyond for me. For any one wondering where they should go, if it’s a great deal or will the work be done right and last, I sincerely recommend you go with Roof.net you wont be sorry. I cant thank Ken enough for his kindness and guidance.
