This place really is a gem of a med spa in Scottsdale. The staff really care about you and are not afraid to tell you 'no' if they realize the treatment you're asking for isn't aligned with the goals you have. The treatment never looks overdone, but just right. Other places I've experienced seem so focused on their image and how many doctors they have that it feels so impersonal, just another number. Not here. I highly recommend this med spa!

top notch team, highly recommended. we used them for one of our offices. the other office (done by another company) has many hot/cool spots. but this building, done by Air Comfort, is comfortable everywhere! the team is great to work with too and they were attentive to any [very few] issues that inevitably arose in the process. highly recommend!

The tech who came out was very professional and patient. The first company we had come out didn't even test our AC unit, just said the compressor needed replaced so we may as well replace the whole unit (for $9k). Lighten Up pulled the unit apart and tested all the components, determining it was simply a fan motor and they could replace that for $1k or the entire unit for $5k (4k less than the others! crazy..) Service was top notch, I really felt they were super honest and truly cared about each customer as if it was their home/equipment. HIGHLY recommend Lighten UP!

Oasis beer still is amazing! Had the pleasure of trying their brown recently, can't get enough!! Stoked to try the others soon.

got to try one of these at an office. it was a pleasant experience. As a tall person, most of these chairs don't quite fit me very well and so the massage points are "off" - not this one. I love how the legs extended and it all seemed to adjust to fit me. It also didn't feel like sharp pointed steel in my body, it was smooth and fluid. Truly a relaxing experience, I'll be back for more!

incredible place, highly recommended. my wife and I had a small fender bender and insurance covered regular adjustments and massage for a few months - it was the best few months of feeling super well in a while! warm and welcoming service every time, and the chiro/massage therapists we saw were always super helpful and explained why they were doing what they were doing. and gave us tips for exercises to help improve my "office posture". the adjustments were always gentle, but super effective - and even helped relieve regular headaches I had pre-accident. And the massage? oh. my. goodness... amazing. Check them out, you'll be happy you did!

I received the Matcha Latte and Flagstaff Icewine White Tea. WOW. both taste exquisite! In fact, this is probably the best tea I've ever had in my life - no joke. silky smooth, incredible depth to the flavors and a pleasant impact to my energy levels and overall wellbeing. I especially love sticking my nose in the icewine white tea bag and breathing deeply!! Mmmmmm, tastes just as amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tea!

I purchased a pair of Ammonites from Fossils Iowa as a Christmas gift for my wife. WOW!!! Not only was the shipping incredibly fast, but the customer service was incredible! They really went above and beyond to provide a nice display box with a background story of Ammonites laminated to the box. It was really enlightening to learn about the history of these ancient fossils, it built SOOO much value in my purchase. Needless to say, my wife absolutely adored the Ammonites, she was in awe of their beauty and history, and they are now prominently displayed on her essential oil shelf now :) I strongly recommend Fossils Iowa!
