Fred Lake was very useful in helping me decide on the best custom design for our embosser. They also took the time to send the image in a format that would allow us to use it digitally. They recalculated the final price, when a processing error charged more than it should have for a rubber stamp of the same design. They saw the overcharge, adjusted it down, then contacted me to let me know. Overall, I am very happy with Fred Lake, and would highly recommend them!
