I called this morning at 7:30am and 30 mins later Marcus Jimenez and another technician came to take care of all my dirty area rugs. They even suggested cleaning my cement floors which I was so thankful because I didn't know that was an option. Both were fast, amazing and trustworthy. so grateful for them both. Will only work with them again.
