To Help” and “Please, do not hesitate to reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns,” my experience has been negative and unprofessional, to say the least. Kandyce Haskins, Catering Coordinator, replied to my original online I quirky with “ Our minimum is 15 Thank you” with no additional context or information. Giving her the benefit of the doubt (perhaps the email sent before finishing it), I decided to call the office and Kandyce picked up the phone. I mentioned that I had received her reply with no additional context and their 15 people minimum was OK with me. She reiterated their person minimum and nothing else. I proceeded to ask if that meant that they were available for a 15 people event for the date and time specified. She said that it depended on the items I selected and then she stopped - again no additional context. I asked what did it depend on and she expanded on her response but was very short on the phone. This made me question many things on their website. Are the reviews fake? Did they change ownership? Although my current need is for 15 people, sometimes building a strong business and reputation starts with some of this small interactions. I work for an organization that has 7,000 employees we sometimes look at companies in the valley to support local businesses. Some of the vendors that are recommended are through very positive experiences that some of the employees have.
