I met Bryan last year when he replaced the Torsion Spring. I liked that he took the time to explain what the Torsion Spring was & it's function. Few weeks ago I couldn't get my door to close. I closed it manually & called Bryan. He came the next day. It worked fine for him. He checked everything & found nothing wrong. The wind was blowing hard the night it wouldn't close & he thinks something may have blown in front of the security sensor just as I push the close button. The door is working fine now.
