I have been both a homeowner that required flood insurance for many years on a home, as well as a real estate agent now that sells many homes a year that require flood. This used to be a huge disappointment with buyers, but now that I have discovered Robert Murphy with Better Flood, it is no longer a deal breaker for clients to not purchase a home due to requiring flood. I don't know how they have rates lower than any other quote you will receive, I'm just glad that they do! MANY happy clients....which means happy Realtor! :)
