Purchased a warranty through Furniture Fair. In the few months we've had our couch, we have used the repair services provided by FSN twice. Both times, the same young man worked with us in our home and he was communicative and efficient and timely. Gold star! Receiving 1-2 stars, however, is the customer service department who schedules the repair appointments: rude and sloppy customer service- it is undesirable to work with the women who answer the phones! Oh, and when trying to call certain numbers back (post receiving calls from them) the line is "no longer in service" : FUN!
