Richie Duncan went above and beyond in helping us with our OTC construction loan. He kept us informed throughout the entire process and was available to answer our questions and tell us the next steps to take anytime we called or emailed. Even though we hit a couple of obstacles during our loan origination period, he kept on top of it and told us exactly what to do in order to move forward.
