I forgot to pull a ticket when I enter parking lot because of the snow, so gate wouldn't open when I was trying to leave days later. Went to seek guidance at Office. Natasha was there to help me solve the issue,she was extremely gracious and efficient told me what I needed and comp a night I was parked since I had to stay a few extra days on trip for an emergency. I will always use Park DIA because of that experience.
