I have been extremely pleased with the quality of meats. FYI: However, the quality of the vacuum seal bags is a little to be desired. Maybe a bigger mil thickness is needed. I received a few of the packages in different shipments I've ordered, that have had air in the bag causing some freezer burn. Thank you for everything. Mark M
